Loss of connectivity with one of our Fibre Providers

At approximately 10:50am today we started to get reports and alerts regarding connectivity issues for some services at Canonbury. After some troubleshooting and diagnostics we identified the issue with one of our Fibre circuit providers and re-routed all traffic by 11:20am restoring all services to full operation. The circuit provider identified with the issue is still working to resolve it and I hope to hear that we have full redundancy restored soon. In the meantime services should be fine and we will flip back to normal operations and restore redundancy asap. No further updates will be posted on this issue.
